  Our Client is an Australian cable manufacturer expanding operations in Singapore. As their Tuas warehouse is fully set up with stock, equipment and systems in place, they are looking for a pioneer and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to take ownership of daily operations and ensure the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and in an organised manner.
  
  You will work closely with the local Managing Director, liaise with Australian teams, and play a key role in improving systems and building efficient warehouse operations as our Singapore business grows.
  
  This role suits someone who enjoys improving systems, organising warehouse operations, and taking ownership of a growing facility.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, outbound deliveries, and stock control
  - Organise and optimise warehouse layout, maintaining a clean and efficient 5S environment
  - Conduct regular stock takes and maintain accurate inventory records
  - Oversee safe operation of warehouse equipment, including the cable print-line machine
  - Coordinate with freight forwarders and transport companies, including arranging freight bookings and delivery schedules.
  - Prepare or supervise preparation of shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, COO, Form D, Form E)
  - Maintain warehouse supplies and coordinate with local suppliers when required
  - Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and operational procedures
  - Support recruitment and supervision of additional warehouse staff as operations grow
