Our client is a rapidly growing global convenience-style fitness brand expanding its operations in Singapore through an unmanned store model. They are currently seeking an Operations Associate (Japanese Speaking) to support store operations and coordination with headquarters.
Note: This role does not involve providing fitness training or coaching to members.
【Responsibilities】
1) Store & Business Operations
- Establish and improve unmanned store operational processes
- Oversee equipment maintenance, quality management, and vendor coordination
- Handle customer inquiries at the store
- Perform other duties as assigned
2) Headquarters & Regional Coordination
- Prepare reports and updates for headquarters in Japan
- Coordinate with regional offices within the ASEAN region
- Perform other duties as assigned

- At least a Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of working experience in any field
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above), with strong written and verbal skills to coordinate with Japanese headquarters and regional offices

This position necessitates strong regulatory judgment, the ability to provide professional advice, and assistance in formulating regulatory plans for the region. The Specialist will manage more difficult regulatory activities autonomously, guide local corporate representatives (Responsible Persons), facilitate early interactions with authorities, and contribute to risk assessment and mitigation planning.
