  Our client is a rapidly growing global convenience-style fitness brand that is expanding its presence in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Business Operations Manager - Fitness (Japanese Speaking) to support the development and management of the business in the local market.
  
  Please note that this position does not involve providing fitness training or coaching to members.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  
  1) Store & Business Operations
  - Support new store openings and expansion initiatives
  - Establish, review, and enhance unmanned store operational processes
  - Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including membership growth, revenue performance, and retention rates
  - Attend to customer inquiries and ensure service quality standards are maintained
  - Oversee equipment maintenance, vendor management, and overall store quality control
  - Perform other duties as assigned
  
  2) Marketing & Member Acquisition
  - Conduct market research and analyze local industry trends
  - Develop and execute customer acquisition initiatives across digital and offline channels
  - Drive brand awareness and support local marketing campaigns
  - Perform other duties as assigned
  
  3) HQ & Regional Coordination
  - Prepare and submit reports to headquarters
  - Coordinate with regional offices across ASEAN
  - Liaise with and manage external business partners
  - Perform other duties as assigned
