  Our client is a newly established rehabilitation and body conditioning provider in Singapore, primarily serving the Japanese community. They are currently seeking qualified Senior Physiotherapists to support the launch of their services.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Independently conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including range of motion, muscle strength, gait, pain and neurological evaluations.
  - Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes for patients with complex clinical needs.
  - Deliver effective physiotherapy treatment using advanced clinical knowledge and skills.
  - Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and technical guidance to junior physiotherapists.
  - Lead case review meetings and facilitate clinical discussions to support sound clinical decision-making.
  - Support clinical risk management and review treatment decisions to maintain patient safety and appropriate standards of care.
  - Participate in a structured training programme in Japan upon joining.
  - Contribute to the development, improvement and standardisation of clinical practices and service quality.
  - Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring the confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.
  - Support staff development and establish structured training and learning processes.
  - Identify and implement service improvements to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
