Our client is a newly established rehabilitation and body conditioning provider in Singapore, primarily serving the Japanese community. They are currently seeking qualified Senior Physiotherapists to support the launch of their services. 【 Responsibilities 】- Independently conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, including range of motion, muscle strength, gait, pain and neurological evaluations.- Develop and implement individualised treatment programmes for patients with complex clinical needs.- Deliver effective physiotherapy treatment using advanced clinical knowledge and skills.- Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and technical guidance to junior physiotherapists.- Lead case review meetings and facilitate clinical discussions to support sound clinical decision-making.- Support clinical risk management and review treatment decisions to maintain patient safety and appropriate standards of care.- Participate in a structured training programme in Japan upon joining.- Contribute to the development, improvement and standardisation of clinical practices and service quality.- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring the confidentiality and secure handling of patient information.- Support staff development and establish structured training and learning processes.- Identify and implement service improvements to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.

Our client is one of Singapore's leading interdisciplinary healthcare teams, where Physiotherapists work alongside Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centred care.You'll manage a diverse caseload including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, spinal conditions, chronic pain and scoliosis, helping patients restore movement, reduce pain and improve their quality of life.You will be reporting to the Manager. 【 Responsibilities 】- Assess and treat musculoskeletal, spinal and postural conditions- Develop personalised rehabilitation programmes- Manage patients with neck and back pain, sports injuries and scoliosis- Prescribe therapeutic exercises and functional rehabilitation- Collaborate closely with Chiropractors, TCM Physicians and Wellness Professionals- Educate patients and support long-term recovery
