  Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an experienced professional to join their investment team. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with the Fund Manager on sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals, as well as supporting portfolio companies and investors.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Conduct market, sector, and company-level research to identify attractive investment opportunities aligned with the investment strategy in Southeast/South Asia and globally.
  - Conduct deal sourcing and due diligence on potential investment opportunities including but not limited to business, financial, technology, competitive and risk assessments.
  - Develop and articulate investment theses and recommendations, prepare high-quality, executive-ready materials for internal reporting and investment committee.
  - Review and analyze financial statements and operating metrics of target and portfolio companies.
  - Build financial models to assess valuation and returns potential of new and follow-on investments, and potential exit outcomes.
  - Manage deal pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of deal progress, key issues, and major decision points.
  - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. law firms, accounting firms, fund admin, brokers) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  - Work closely with portfolio companies to support value creation projects in areas such as partnership facilitations, fundraising and industry insights.
  - Support investors reporting, portfolio monitoring, and stakeholder communication as required.
  - Contribute and lead internal initiatives to continually innovate and improve tools, capabilities,
  and processes to execute investment strategy and transactions efficiently and effectively.
