採用された方は、IT・セキュリティ・事業部門など横断してさまざまなチームと協働し、セキュリティポリシーの課題解消や、グループ全体の共通セキュリティフレームワーク・プラットフォームの導入・運用支援をご担当いただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・日本本社およびリージョナル関係者と日英両言語で業務レベルのコミュニケーション
・ビジネス要件やリスクに基づく情報セキュリティ戦略・施策の立案・推進
・ISMSフレームワークの設計・導入・運用およびISO 27001認証取得支援
・NIST CSFやCIS Controlsなどのフレームワークを用いたセキュリティギャップ分析
・情報セキュリティリスクおよびインシデントの評価・管理・対応
・個人情報保護法、GDPR等の情報セキュリティ規制・法令への準拠
・IT、セキュリティ、法務、事業部門など複数部門を横断したプロジェクトのリード・調整
・経営層や現場スタッフ向けのセキュリティ教育・トレーニングの企画・実施・評価
・ネットワーク、クラウド、サーバー等のITインフラに関連する情報セキュリティ支援・助言
・ISSP、CISM、登録情報セキュリティスペシャリストなどの資格を活用した日常業務支援

任职资格
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・情報セキュリティにおける企画・戦略策定の実務経験:5年以上
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・ISMS(情報セキュリティマネジメントシステム)やISO 27001認証取得・運用のご経験
・セキュリティリスク評価・リスク管理・インシデント対応の実務経験
・NIST CSFやCIS Controlsなどのフレームワークを用いたセキュリティギャップ分析のご経験
・情報セキュリティ関連法規や個人情報保護法、GDPR等のデータ保護法規に対応したご経験
・複数部門・ステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトのリードまたは調整経験
