  Our client is a Japanese manufacturer that sells electrical insulating materials throughout the APAC region. They are currently hiring a Production Control & Shipping Executive to handle day-to-day Production Control and Shipping operations, with potential to grow into a leadership role overseeing both functions in the future.
  
  The primary responsibility of this position will be Production Control. Depending on the individual’s proficiency and experience, there will be opportunities to gain exposure to Shipping-related duties.
  
  Reporting to: Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  
  (Production Control - Main)
  - Creating production planning lists for overseas manufacturing sites and registering them in the core system (SAP).
  - Receiving and reviewing advance production requests from group companies.
  - Coordinating delivery schedules for planned production items and advance production items.
  - Preparing various reports for submission to group companies.
  - Other related duties.
  
  (Shipping - Sub)
  - Preparing and distributing shipping invoices.
  - Preparing freight payment statements and compiling payment results.
  - Registering shipment schedules in the shipping system (SAP).
  - Filing and maintaining master agreements, invoices, and other related documents.
  - Other related duties.
