出張の多いシンガポール内の企業向けに出張手配のお手伝いをお願いいたします。
【 主な業務内容 】
‐ 日系法人向け出張アレンジ業務（航空券やビザ、ホテル等の手配）
‐ お客様にとって最適なプラン（運賃設定等）等のコンサルテーション
‐ 必要時は顧客へ訪問（年に数回）
‐ その他必要に応じて発生する業務

【 応募要件＆求める人物像 】
＜必須要件＞
- 旅行代理店もしくは航空会社での2年以上のオペレーション経験
- GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeusなど)を使用してフライトチケット手配に慣れている方
- チームワークの中で業務することができ、何事にも柔軟に対応できる方
- 英語スピーカーの顧客とコミュニケーションをとれる英語力をお持ちの方（お客様とのやり取りはメールが多め）
‐ オペレーションスタッフの中で交替で1週間ずつ会社PC・携帯を持ち帰り、緊急時の対応に備えることが可能な方
（頻度は高くありませんが、夜間や週末の緊急時対応を想定してお願いすることがあります）
＜歓迎要件＞
- 専門、短大卒以上の方でIATA、ホスピタリティ、ツーリズム関連を専攻されていた方
- マネジメント経験ある方英文
