  Our client is a Japanese-listed IT system consulting company. They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Executive to oversee and manage our internal financial operations.
  
  This position will play a critical role in liaising with external accounting firms, managing internal bookkeeping, bank transactions, and supporting overall financial governance within the organization.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP/AR, bank transactions, and reconciliations
  - Liaise with external accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance
  - Monitor and manage cash flow and monthly bank payments
  - Prepare internal financial reports for management review
  - Support budget planning and financial forecasting
  - Assist in implementing and improving internal accounting procedures and controls
  - Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize financial data
  - Ensure compliance with relevant Singaporean financial regulations and tax requirements
  - Handle documentation and financial handover from the outgoing director
