  Our Client is an electronics trading company that undertakes the sale of semiconductors, electronic components, and electronic equipment. This role of an Account Executive(6 months contract) is responsible for supporting AP/AR, Month End Closing process. You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Handle daily AP and AR transactions
  - Monthly routine data entries for expenses etc
  - Monthly AR/AP closing before the deadline
  - Prepare monthly cash receipt forecast, update daily bank book, banking of cheques & bank submission
  - Maintain fixed assets schedule
  - Compile report for monthly management (based on system sales report)
  - Assist in audit documents request
  - Quarterly HQ AR/AP confirmation
  - Adhoc duties
