The role will be responsible for overseeing the operations related to the handling and processing of petroleum products and bioproducts/feedstocks. You will ensure efficient and safe operations while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.【What you will be working on】- Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities with suppliers, internal and external customers and team members to ensure the smooth delivery of cargo.- Coordinate and oversee the handling and processing of cargoes on Tankers, ISO containers, or Flexi Bags basis.- Monitor and control the feedstock storage and inventory- Monitor and optimize the rotations and loading plans of vessels chartered by the Company.- Coordinate logistics for all loading and discharging activities by sea or overland, prioritizing the prevention and mitigation of potential hazardous situations.- Proceed with vessel screenings and appoint a surveyor and superintendent properly.- Prepare or check all necessary documents for international and domestic trade.- Handling invoices.- Calculate demurrage and issue invoices to the customer.- File cargo transaction documents.- Input relevant data into the Trading System promptly.- Other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned by the managerThe scope of the job includes but is not limited to: - Liaise with traders and charterers to ensure that all the contractual obligations arising from cargo deals and charter parties are met.- Liaise with the finance team to facilitate smooth invoicing and payment for cargo, freight and all operational expenses.- Liaise with charterers to ensure smooth operations, avoid supply disruption and minimise demurrage costs.

They are currently looking for a Sales Executive - Section Manager to join their prestigious organisation.【What you will be working on】- Report to the Business Manager on all Sales Section's activities.- Assist the Business Manager with all activities and ensure all activities are executed as planned.- Make constructive improvements to the section’s overall work scope such as workflow, communication, training, documentation, processes, etc.- Improve productivity at the Section, Department or Company level, such as streamlining the work, introducing, reducing manhours/job done, improving the processes for better output, etc.- Act as a point of contact between customers and the company and prepare necessary documentation. - Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers- Responding to customer queries.- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations.- Investigate and liaise with potential customers.- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.- Coordinate, arrange, and attend face-to-face meetings with customers where necessary. Currently, they are seeking for Logistics Assistant (Warehouse), this role is a 2-year renewable contract basis position.【What you will be working on】- Reports to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.- Store finished goods on the racking system in an organized manner.- Conducts visual inspection for all incoming and outgoing finished goods for the warehouse. Reports to the superiors on any defects or abnormalities found.- Prepare goods for shipment by:1) Scanning the serial number of the drums2) Pasting of shipping mark as required by the customer3) Prepare the finished goods by placing them in the awaiting shipment area- Carry out loading/unloading of import/export containers and trucks.- Carry our inspection of import/export containers before and after loading/loading by taking snapshots/pictures of the containers and trucks for shipment.- Ensure proper operation of the truck, delivery of finished goods in a safe and timely manner and carry out safety checks and housekeeping for the truck.- Carry out charging of battery for all equipment- Refuel the diesel forklift whenever needed- Inspect the forklift before usage according to the check sheet- Drive the truck for transfer of any materials between the premise and off-site warehouses when assigned to do so.- Deliver finished goods to the customer site by truck in a safe and orderly manner when assigned to do so.- Assist in the delivery and discharge of chemicals, including supporting the physical unloading and loading of chemicals at the customer site, when assigned to do so.- Assist in the collection and delivery of empty used containers from the customer site back to the warehouse when assigned to do so. - Conduct proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity. - Conduct traffic control and safety of incoming and outgoing vehicles for shipment and deliveries.- Drive Prime Mover to conduct, shift, arrange, and deliver to customers arrangement of Iso-tankers.- Assist the production department in unloading raw materials and containers.- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.- Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
