    Our client is a recognized restaurant brand that has outlets in Southeast Asia. They are looking for a Customer Relations Officer.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Customer service-oriented and able to perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision
    - Expected to work on a shift pattern, and may also need to work on weekends and public holidays
    - Offer the guest of the restaurant an enjoyable, dining experience conforming to restaurant standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
    - Handle inquiries from guests via phone calls or emails

    <Must>
    - Possess a Diploma in any field
    - At least 1-2 years of experience in restaurant and hospitality industry
    - Proficient in English and Korean language (Minimum TOPIK 4) in speaking, writing, and listening is essential as this role will require liaising with Korean stakeholders
