The role of Marketing & Operation Executive (Japanese Speaking) involves supporting franchisees by offering strategic sales planning to maximize sales through effective marketing strategies, operational support, stock management, and more.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    - Support franchisees with strategic sales planning to maximize sales.
    - Provide hands-on support, especially in marketing and operations.
    - Collaborate with the headquarters in Japan to arrange necessary items.
    - Identify operational issues and work with franchisees to resolve them effectively

资格

  • 应征条件

    【 What they are looking for 】
    (Must)
    - Have a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in any field.
    - Strong interest in store operations.
    - Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to communicate with Japanese stakeholders.

    (Preferable)
    - Possesses 2 - 3 years of marketing experience
    - Willing to do Overtime and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment!
    - Has interests in the fashion industry
