  Our client, a reputable Japanese Accounting firm is looking for an Accounts Executive to join their commercial accounting team. The main role of this position is to liaise with Japanese clients, especially in the shipping industry and establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
  
  【What you will be working on】
  - Handle full sets of accounts for clients.  
  - Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met. 
  - Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients 
  - Record receipts and payments in accounting software 
  - Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions. 
  - Responsible for the month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial reports for management purposes. 
  - Prepare GST report and filing. 
  - Update cash flow report. 
  - Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements. 
  - Preparation of XBRL submission.
  - Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg. Form IR8A) 
  - Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts. 
  - Other related accounting assignments.
