Job Description
日系の中小企業、日系・ローカル企業のスタートアップ企業などのクライアントに会計事業を展開する会計事務所にて、登記業務をメインとしたセクレタリー関連業務を行う登記アシスタントを募集しております。
本ポジションでは、クライアントと社内の秘書役業務の専門家(Chartered Secretary有資格者)の間をつなぐコーディネーターとして業務を遂行していただきます。
主な業務は、KYC(本人確認手続き)の実施、必要書類の収集、各種決議書の作成およびレビュー、銀行口座開設のサポートなど多岐にわたります。専門的な判断を要する複雑な書類は社内の有資格者が作成しますが、その確認や定型的な書類作成、およびクライアントへの説明・案内をリードしていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・クライアント対応:企業秘書業務に関する窓口として、手続きの流れや必要書類をクライアントに案内
・書類作成、レビュー:定型的な決議書や議事録の作成。社内の専門家が作成した書類内容に誤りがないか厳密なチェック
・コンプライアンス、DD:KYC(本人確認)およびデューデリジェンス(DD)の実施、必要書類の回収と精査
・銀行口座開設サポート:クライアントの法人銀行口座開設における手続きの案内、銀行との調整、書類準備の支援
・進捗管理:法定期限や手続きのステータス管理

Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・法的書類、契約書、または行政手続きに関する実務経験(企業の法務部門、法律事務所、行政書士・司法書士事務所での経験など)
・英語契約書への対応経験
【 歓迎条件 】
・シンガポールの会計会社、弁護士事務所等での勤務経験
・関連資格の保有者(行政書士、司法書士、法学部卒など)
・会社法(日本またはシンガポール)に関する知識・実務経験
・銀行手続きや企業秘書会社での実務経験English Level
