・クライアントとの関係構築、維持
・年間セールスと新規獲得金額、ほか目標数値の達成のための業務
・クライアントの多様なニーズの理解、的確なアドバイスを提供
・市場シェア拡大、顧客の長期的資産規模の拡大
・新規事業開発（ビジネスチャンスを予測・活用）
・商品・サービスの最新情報を常に把握し、新商品開発のアイデア提供
・顧客サービス要件を満たすため、品質保証業務のモニタリング
Qualifications
Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・8年以上の金融業界での関連業務経験
・管理資産（AUM）：最低2億USD
・英語力（ビジネスレベルでなくても、上記経験があれば可能）
・対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、顧客対応能力に強みのある方
【 歓迎条件 】
・CACS Papers I and Ⅱ（Client Adviser Competency Standards）取得者
※お持ちでない方は、入社後に取得必須
・日系金融機関での勤務経験English Level

Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an experienced professional to join their investment team. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with the Fund Manager on sourcing, evaluating, and executing deals, as well as supporting portfolio companies and investors.【 Responsibilities 】- Conduct market, sector, and company-level research to identify attractive investment opportunities aligned with the investment strategy in Southeast/South Asia and globally.- Conduct deal sourcing and due diligence on potential investment opportunities including but not limited to business, financial, technology, competitive and risk assessments.- Develop and articulate investment theses and recommendations, prepare high-quality, executive-ready materials for internal reporting and investment committee.- Review and analyze financial statements and operating metrics of target and portfolio companies.- Build financial models to assess valuation and returns potential of new and follow-on investments, and potential exit outcomes.- Manage deal pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of deal progress, key issues, and major decision points.- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g. law firms, accounting firms, fund admin, brokers) to ensure smooth deal execution.- Work closely with portfolio companies to support value creation projects in areas such as partnership facilitations, fundraising and industry insights.- Support investors reporting, portfolio monitoring, and stakeholder communication as required.- Contribute and lead internal initiatives to continually innovate and improve tools, capabilities,and processes to execute investment strategy and transactions efficiently and effectively.
