  Our client is a Japanese specialised trading company focusing on the global trade of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins. They are looking for an IT / E-Commerce professional who can support and enhance the company's digital and e-commerce operations.
  
  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and IT tools, with experience in Magento strongly preferred. In addition to managing existing systems and operations, the successful candidate will be expected to actively utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve work efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  
  This position is suitable for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, can independently investigate and resolve technical issues, and can proactively propose improvements rather than simply following existing processes.
  
  The successful candidate will report directly to the Manager and CEO.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage and support day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  - Operate and maintain the company's e-commerce platform, including Magento.
  - Support system integration and API-related operations.
  - Investigate and troubleshoot system or operational issues.
  - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
  - Utilise ChatGPT and other generative AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  - Research and evaluate new IT tools and services that may benefit the business.
  - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  - Propose and implement improvements to existing workflows and operations.
  - Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
  - Support other IT / digital projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
