  Our client is a Japanese-listed construction company. They are currently seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical) to join their team.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Lead the project team and ensure the project is completed according to the agreed schedule.
  - Manage the project based on the PDCA cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  - Develop and implement project construction plans covering quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
  - Prepare and manage the master schedule, quality plan, safety plan, risk management plan, and project budget.
  - Understand and comply with project contract requirements, authority regulations, and the client’s requirements.
  - Coordinate and manage suppliers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  - Organize site activities and manpower to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
  - Monitor and control project schedule, quality, safety, and costs, while looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  - Implement approved installation methods and introduce new or improved methods where appropriate to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  - Build and maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  - Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding project variations and additional works.
  - Negotiate variations and project-related matters with suppliers and subcontractors.
  - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure all required safety standards are followed.
  - Ensure all site staff understand the project construction plan, work procedures, and safety requirements.
  - Monitor staff performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide on-the-job training and guidance.
  - Establish effective communication processes among site staff and ensure smooth communication with customers.
  - Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise at the project site.
  - Continuously improve project management and construction processes to achieve safe, high-quality, and efficient project delivery.
