    Our client is one of the world’s leading engineering companies in the design and manufacturing of factory automation systems such as robotics systems, auto packaging systems, automated assembly lines, and automated storage systems.

    They are looking for a Sales Section Manager (Semiconductor) to lead and grow our semiconductor sales function. This role will drive sales performance, manage key customer accounts, and oversee projects from enquiry to completion across the semiconductor and industrial automation markets.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead, mentor, and manage the semiconductor sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    - Handle and oversee customer enquiries for semiconductor products and solutions.
    - Manage key accounts and develop long-term, strategic customer relationships.
    - Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and track competitor activities.
    - Collaborate with design and engineering teams on conceptual and technical solutions.
    - Oversee projects throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    - Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and periodic sales reports.
    - Coach, guide, and evaluate team performance to drive continuous improvement.
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics
    - 5 years of sales engineering with at least 3 years of leadership/managerial experience within the Semiconductor company
    - Hands-on exposure to project management within semiconductor, industrial automation, or robotic systems environments.
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking counterparts
    - Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, site visits, or project support.

    (Advantageous)
    - Exposure to mechanical design and/or AutoCAD is an added advantage.
    - Experience working in a Japanese company
