  Our client is a Japanese venture capital firm with a regional office in Singapore. They are seeking an Investment Administrator (Manager or Senior Manager) to support investment operations. This role is well-suited for candidates with strong accounting knowledge and an interest in investment administration.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support investment administration processes, including fund operations, reporting, and compliance activities.
  - Handle financial reporting, accounting matters, and reconciliation related to investments.
  - Liaise with external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators.
  - Monitor and track portfolio investments, capital calls, distributions, and related documentation.
  - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  - Assist in preparing investment reports, presentations, and supporting materials for stakeholders.
  - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth investment operations.
