  Our Client is looking for a High-Rise Cleaning Operations Manager.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  – Plan, coordinate, and manage all high-rise and façade cleaning projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  – Enforce WSH regulations, conduct site inspections, and maintain strict adherence to rope-access and safety standards.
  – Lead, train, and supervise cleaning supervisors and rope-access technicians to achieve operational excellence.
  – Serve as the main contact for clients, handling schedules, feedback, and progress reporting.
  – Monitor work standards, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in cleaning processes.
