  Our client is a Singapore-based company specializing in the supply of electrical components and kitting services across the Asian region.
  This company will be establishing new factory which is for PCBA.
  As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  -Lead QA for SMT1 & SMT2 and DIP (One leader covering both SMT lines).
  -Own PCBA in-process/finished-goods checks, NCR/CAPA, line audit, and customer quality liaison.
  -Build QA work standards, sampling plans, IPC/IFR/IFRS* compliance where relevant to reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
  -Mentor and schedule QA operators.
