  - Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  - Develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  - Liaise and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams on project development and order fulfillment.
  - Prepare and maintain project and product costing for customers.
  - Oversee and coordinate the introduction of new projects.
