    Our Client is a Japanese pharmaceutical company seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join their team. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage sales activities within an assigned territory.
    - Achieve and exceed sales targets by growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
    - Proactively drive market share expansion across designated sales areas.
    - Support product launches and execute marketing initiatives across both digital and traditional channels.
    - Manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    - Conduct SWOT analysis to develop strategic business plans and support sustainable growth within your territory.
    - Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity to the management team.
    - Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
    - Plan and execute territory-based marketing activities aligned with overall business objectives.
    - Prepare monthly reports, perform market research, and analyze customer and territory data.
    - Track sales performance, doctor call reports, and territory expenditures.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular field visits.
    - Maintain and update the key prescriber database.
    - Perform administrative duties and other ad hoc responsibilities as required.
    - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of Adverse Events (AEs) to the PV Manager in compliance with MYOP/SGOP guidelines and company Code of Conduct.
    - Adhere strictly to MYOP/SGOP and local pharmaceutical codes of practice, whichever is more stringent.
    - Follow through on planned initiatives and maintain a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

    【 Requirement & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Tertiary education, preferably in Science.
    ‐ At least 2 years of pharmaceutical drug experience.
    - Possess experience in pharmaceutical MNC company
    - Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license and own transport.
    ‐Committed and enthusiastic attitude as we are a fairly young & dynamic team‐
    - In-depth understanding of the Rare Disease/Specialty Care patient journey, from diagnosis through treatment.
    - Strong knowledge of commercial, operational, and strategic functions within the pharmaceutical industry.

    (Advantageous)
    - Able to commence work on short notice.
    - Possess experience in the cardio, renal & endocrinology field
    - Possess marketing experience in pharmaceutical company
    - Possess pharmacist background
