    Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Sales Executive to join their team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for proposing and delivering the company’s prototype development services to automotive manufacturers and component suppliers. You will work closely with customers during the design and development stages, identifying their needs and collaborating with the in-house technical team to offer the most suitable prototype solutions.

    This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Strengthen relationships with existing customers and propose new solutions.
    - Hear specifications and coordinate with in-house technical staff.
    - Prepare estimates, negotiate prices, and conclude contracts.
    - Follow up on delivery dates and quality control.
    - Develop new customers (exhibitions, referrals, handling inquiries, etc.)
    - Follow-up to improve customer satisfaction.
    - Business Trip Area: China, Vietnam, Korea, India etc.

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum Diploma qualification and above.
    - Inexperienced candidates are welcome, if you have a strong interest in prototype manufacturing within the automotive industry.
    - Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking counterparts (listening, speaking, and writing).
    - Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts (listening, speaking, and writing).
    - Willingness to travel as required.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

    (Advantageous)
    - Prior experience in the manufacturing or trading industry.
    - Familiarity with automotive-related products, particularly iron components, is a plus.
