    Our Client is Japanese Listed industrial machine manufacturing company. They are looking for a Field Service Assistant Engineer who will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Provide technical support to field service teams
    - Support Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
    - Maintain accurate and reliable service tool inventory
    - Complete service documentation is completed in proper format and by due dates- this includes items such as timesheets, service/repair reports, follow-ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
    - Ensure proper storage of engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Possess NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering/Mechanical or similar
    - Inexperienced candidates with a strong interest in industrial machine manufacturing and a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering are welcome!
    - Willing to learn and adapt through a job rotation, strong motivation to succeed, and proactive
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
