    Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturer and they are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager/ Manager, both a strategic thinker and an effective implementer, capable of leading a team through uncharted territory with a clear vision for operational enhancements and digital excellence.

    You will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital marketing efforts. The individual will be expected to bring a wealth of experience, analytical skills, and adaptability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving online trends. Flexibility and open-mindedness are key, as the role requires a proactive approach to exploring new strategies and technologies outside of traditional comfort zones.

    You will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager (Digital Marketing Dept)
    You will lead 3 of the members of the same team.

    【 What you will be doing 】
    <Website Management>
    - Work with Japan HQ to plan, and execute new enhancements and maintenance for regional website in 10 sales offices.
    - Generate data-driven insights and develop action plans using GA for improvement of customer journey.
    - Undertake SEO initiatives together with product managers and regional sales offices to optimize the website.
    - Work with the agency to analyze maintenance & system bottlenecks and propose improvements for system requirements or automation of workflows to Japan HQ to reduce the maintenance workload and improve page speed.

    <Loyalty marketing>
    - Work closely with local market E-commerce teams to oversee and analyze online performance metrics / KPI, identify trends and implement strong & relevant action plans to optimize sales, conversion rate and customer retention.
    - Provide leadership and guidance to the country's e-Commerce teams in functions.

    <Media planning>
    - Work collaboratively with the regional sales offices to ensure their digital marketing plans are developed with a keen understanding of media and audience performance and insights. Review post-campaign results, analyse the effect the digital plans have on onsite metrics (traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates etc.), and work with them to make adjustments and improve for future campaigns.
    - Work with sales offices to test the market on new digital platforms to ensure that we fully maximise opportunities present in the market.

    【 What they are looking for 】
    <Must>
    - Possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma (preferably in the Marketing related field)
    - At least 5 years of Digital Marketing experience in retail or agency.
    - Minimum 3 years of Team management experience.
    - Must have experience in, executing SEO initiatives, managing Brand websites
    - Hands-on experience in marketing technology (Google Analytics, creating dashboards with Looker's Data Studio)
    - Experience web management and maintenance technical scope (JavaScript and CSS etc..)
    - E-commerce platforms Website management, Loyalty and CRM
    - Proficiency in marketing tools like Conductor/ SEMrush.

    <Preferable>
    - Knowledge of key E-commerce acquisition channels like SEM, social & display, video ads, remarketing in major digital media platforms as well as HTML/CSS/ Site-core for brand website will be an advantage.
