    Our client is a Japanese bridal jewellery brand specialising in custom-made engagement rings and wedding bands. They are seeking a customer-focused Jewellery Concierge to join their growing team and provide personalised guidance throughout each customer’s ring selection and customisation journey.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Provide personalised consultations to help customers design and create engagement rings and wedding bands that reflect their needs and preferences.
    - Deliver attentive, high-quality service that reflects the brand’s philosophy and creates memorable customer experiences.
    - Manage daily boutique operations, including customer service, order placement with workshops in Japan, product inspections, inventory management, and display maintenance.
    - Support boutique opening preparations, including training coordination, workflow setup, and familiarisation with the brand’s products and service standards.
    - Participate in regular training to strengthen product knowledge and enhance service quality.
    - Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
    - Support promotional events, wedding fairs, and marketing activities as required.

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】
    (Must)
    - At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or retail.
    - Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customers’ needs and preferences for bespoke engagement rings and wedding bands.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide attentive, personalised customer service.
    - Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team environment.

    (Advantageous)
    - Previous experience as a bridal consultant or hotel concierge.
