  Our Client is a Japanese consulting Company. The incumbent will focus on designing, delivering, and advising clients on the best leadership solution in order to meet client business needs. You will be reporting to Director.
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  - Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs, negotiate, and close deals.
  - Identify and develop new businesses/customers through presentations and problem-solving.
  - Identifying prospects and selling solutions/services.
  - Building, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  - Researching and recommending prospects for new business opportunities. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, various networks, and social media.
  - Business development of new accounts/customers
  - Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  - Communication of sales-related queries with other departments.
  - Attending exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
