Building IT systems, IT operations and IT teams together with the global headquarters to become a global leading company that changes the world for the better.Primary responsibilities are split into IT Support Management (ITSM) and Project Management (PM).【 What you will be doing 】◆ Project Management (PM)- Execute end-to-end process for assigned projects- Develop plans based on business priorities together with local and global stakeholders- Estimate budget and get approval for procurement- Proceed with necessary procurement to realize the project- Coordinate necessary vendors and suppliers- Adjust and execute change request◆IT Support Management (ITSM)- Ensure IT infrastructure and equipment run at optimum performance from the customer or user point of view at the store, warehouse, and HQ.- Plan and prepare preventive maintenance- Manage IT equipment inventory, its status and life cycle- Provide technical support and resolution for team projects and incidents at the store, warehouse, and HQ.- Take necessary action to prevent similar incidents◆ Vendor management- Choose a new vendor based on the requirement of the business and make sure to comply with company policy- Proceed with appropriate onboarding of the new vendor and procurement- Plan the necessary budget and manage the procurement within the budget- Manage vendors’ quality, cost, delivery schedule and contracts- Constantly seek a better deal with the vendor and possible new partner◆ Others- Provision of sanity check for the technical execution of projects, analysis of business challenges, internal and external stakeholder management, and any other ad-hoc requests as and when required(Future opportunity)- E-commerce operation and Enhancement Management- Manage daily incidents and inquiries and resolve them with global IT teams, local business teams, and vendors.- Prepare infrastructure and arrange necessary tasks before important sales events.- To stand by on the sales event or system release to monitor the system and conduct necessary tests if required.- Manage change/enhancement requests from end to end.
