Our Client is a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company. They are looking for a Project Supervisor to assist the Project Engineer in carrying out existing projects and improving efficiency.You will be working at the Client's project site.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in the execution of the project assigned to him by the Project Engineer.- Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.- Assist in handling/storing of materials/equipment - Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.- Supervise the subcontractor's work.- Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.- Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion.- Ensure safety practices are followed.- Assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.- Conduct quality checks of the subcontractor/vendor works daily.- Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress- Update the drafter on-site changes regularly. - Arrange and obtain a permit to work before execution of the site.- Raise non-conformance product reports for non-conforming products.- Carry out assignments as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.
