Our client is a Singapore-based law firm established by a Japanese lawyer and is seeking a Lawyer (Japanese Law, Japanese-Speaking) to join their expanding team.The firm handles Japanese and international clients, focusing primarily on M&A and corporate law, with occasional cross-border matters.This position reports to the Managing Director.【Responsibilities】- Provide legal advice on Japanese law and/or Singapore law (if the candidate is qualified to practice Singapore law or passed Foreign Practitioner Examinations) to Japanese and international clients across a range of practice areas.- Handle corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work.- Support and lead transactions involving cross-border elements, particularly between Japan and Singapore.- Serve clients based in Japan and Singapore, responding to their legal needs in a timely and practical manner.- Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex cross-border matters, including due diligence, contract drafting, negotiations, and regulatory analysis.- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents in both Japanese and English.- Assist in client relationship management and business development activities.- Stay updated on developments in Japanese law and relevant international legal trends.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Secretary to provide administrative and office support to ensure the smooth daily operations of their legal team.This position will report directly to one of the firm's lawyers and involves working closely with multiple stakeholders.【 Responsibilities 】(Secretarial Duties)- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.- Assist in preparing legal documents and managing correspondence.- Open, update, and maintain client files and records in an organized manner.- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.-Translate documents and email correspondence when required.- Support other secretarial tasks as assigned by the Head of Office or lawyers.(Administrative and Office Management)-Coordinate with landlords, suppliers, and service providers for office and facility-related matters.- Manage office resources such as subscriptions to legal databases, courier services, newspapers, stationery, and pantry supplies.- Handle logistics arrangements including accommodation and travel for visitors and staff.- Liaise with external authorities on operational matters when required.-Work with service providers to support any services required by the Head of Office.(Basic IT & Accounting Support)- Support basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with the head office’s IT department or vendors for IT-related matters.- Assist with finance and accounting processes, including coordinating with the external accounting firm and internal Accounting Department.

The role of a Quantity Surveyor is to prepare quotations based on Interior Design proposals and the client's budget for commercial projects. You will be reporting to the General Manager. 【Responsibilities】- Attend site visits before quotation preparation, during the construction period, and after project completion- Price negotiation with clients and suppliers for contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders- Evaluation of awarded suppliers/subcontractors' quotations- Coordinate with the supplier to complete the works within the given time frame, cost control to ensure the project cost is within the budget, and make a profit, prepare variation orders for works different from the contract
