Our client is seeking an IT Project Manager (Banking System / Delivery Lead) with strong proficiency in Japanese and a solid background in IT system development or implementation within the banking sector.【 Responsibilities 】- Serve as the Project Manager (PMO) or Delivery Lead for banking system development or implementation projects.- Oversee project progress, manage milestones, track issues and tasks, and prepare regular progress reports for client stakeholders.- Manage project resources and control overall project cost.- Maintain effective communication with clients, business units, and internal IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.- Lead project teams from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.- Manage client expectations and maintain a professional and positive representation of the company.

The successful candidate will oversee large-scale banking system projects, collaborating closely with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and a diverse internal team to drive projects from planning through to execution.【Responsibilities】- Lead end-to-end project management, including project planning, timeline and progress tracking, issue and risk management, resource allocation, and governance reporting.- Understand and adhere to the processes involved in banking system development or implementation projects.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Communicate effectively with Japanese clients and internal teams to align project objectives and manage expectations.
