Our client, a leading IT network firm from Japan, is seeking a highly skilled Global Delivery Manager (DM) / Service Manager (SM). This pivotal role acts as a strategic bridge between our organization and a major Japanese telecommunications services company, managing key stakeholders and ensuring smooth communication and project coordination. The customers served in this role are accounts managed by our business partner.【 Responsibilities 】- Serve as the primary point of contact with local carriers and vendors to gather essential information, fulfil necessary requests, and respond to customer inquiries both in Japan and globally.- Manage projects that require close, real-time communication in English with the client’s overseas subsidiaries, coordinating with IT staff on IT design, construction, and operations.- Facilitate agreements between Japanese customers and overseas companies (non-Japanese IT staff), ensuring smooth collaboration as part of global business operations.- Collect comprehensive information from carriers and vendors, demonstrating a strong understanding of the partner’s service approach:a) For example, the partner’s top priority is customer satisfaction and successful project completion. When the partner receives a customer inquiry, they expect a response from overseas carriers/vendors, even if the question seems outside the contract scope or unusual from the vendor’s perspective.
