• Job Description

  Our client is a market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee equipment-related projects in Singapore.
  
  The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure the effective execution of customer projects at OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) sites.
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Coordinate closely with the US headquarters, Singapore team, and Taiwan team to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  - Manage equipment consignment activities and monitor production status at major OSAT sites.
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for Design House customers, lead project meetings, understand their requirements, and coordinate the delivery of appropriate technical solutions.
  - Collaborate with the R&D and Field Service teams to support new product verification and validation activities, including hands-on work in cleanroom environments when required.
  - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  - Conduct daily coordination calls with the US team at 7:30 AM Singapore Time to provide updates on production and project status.
  - Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, and relevant reports.
  - Undertake local and overseas business travel at short notice when required to support project activities.
