  • Job Description

    Our client is a Japanese-listed construction company. They are currently seeking a BIM Coordinator (Mechanical) to join their team.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Design and draft MEP layouts, section details, space management plans, and plant room details.
    - Prepare detailing and coordination drawings.
    - Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit.
    - Obtain and interpret relevant information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings.
    - Assist the Project Manager and Engineers with coordination and planning activities.
    - Attend job site visits and meetings when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
    - 2–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Mechanical / M&E Contractor.
    - Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks Manage.
    - Experience in preparing Mechanical shop drawings and As-Built drawings.
    - Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    - Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
    - Good understanding of Mechanical / MEP construction and coordination processes.
