  • Job Description

    Our client specializes in sourcing quality products and providing supply chain management solutions for businesses across various industries. They are currently seeking an MIS Manager / IT Manager (1-year renewable contract). This is a 1-year contract role that is renewable on a yearly basis.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Lead and manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
    - Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
    - Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
    - Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and system compliance.
    - Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
    - Provide technical guidance and leadership to internal users.
    - Ensure smooth operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
    - Prepare IT budgets and manage IT assets.
    - Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
    - Minimum 8 – 10 years of IT experience
    - At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role
    - Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation
    - Bilingual proficiency in reading and writing English and Mandarin is required to liaise with stakeholders
    - Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity
    - Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure
    - Experience managing external vendors and IT projects
    - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
    - Strong leadership and people management skills
    - Good communication and stakeholder management skills
    - Stable employment history
    - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    - Experience supporting senior management and business operations

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in manufacturing or trading companies
    - PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant professional certifications
    - Experience leading ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
    - Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance
