    Our client is a leading IT consulting and digital transformation company specializing in Microsoft technologies and enterprise solutions. As part of their continued business expansion, they are seeking a Power Platform Consultant to support business process transformation, automation initiatives, and AI-driven solution development across various industries.


    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Analyse current business processes (As-Is) and design optimized future workflows (To-Be)
    - Gather and structure business requirements through stakeholder engagement
    - Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirement definition to implementation and ongoing support
    - Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other business systems as required
    - Explore and implement AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
    - Design AI-powered agents and automation use cases, including knowledge search, internal support, and workflow augmentation
    - Prepare solution documentation and conduct end-user training sessions
    - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business process transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
    - 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and/or Power Automate)
    - Experience in business process analysis, workflow design, or process improvement
    - Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills
    - Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured and practical solutions

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience with Power BI
    - Experience integrating Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 solutions
    - Familiarity with process modelling methodologies such as BPMN
    - Background in consulting firms, system integrators, or enterprise IT environments
    - Experience or strong interest in AI and LLM-based solutions
    - Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or chatbot design
