    Our Client is a global hospitality group founded in 2012 for genuine hospitality, travel, and culinary storytelling, the group curates distinctive dining experiences inspired by specific cultures, places, and eras.

    The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership and operational excellence of one or multiple restaurant outlets. This role drives performance across guest experience, team leadership, operations, and financial outcomes.

    The GM will work closely with Founders and senior leadership to align operations with the company’s vision and core values, while continuously improving service standards, team capability, and business profitability.

    This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is deeply passionate about hospitality.

    【Responsibilities】
    1. Guest Experience & Leadership
    - Lead all service periods, ensuring exceptional and consistent guest experiences
    - Champion company culture, storytelling, and service philosophy
    - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution
    - Build strong guest relationships and drive repeat business

    2. Operations Management
    - Oversee daily operations across front and back of house to ensure efficiency and service excellence
    - Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, service standards, and operational checklists
    - Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations
    - Monitor and manage POS systems (e.g., Revel) and reservation platforms (e.g., SevenRooms)
    - Drive continuous improvement through regular operational reviews and problem-solving
    - Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership

    3. Team Leadership & People Development
    - Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and team members
    - Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
    - Implement structured training programs and succession planning
    - Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-ones, and appraisals
    - Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and strong employee engagement

    4. Financial & Commercial Management
    - Take full ownership of P&L performance for assigned outlet(s)
    - Drive revenue growth through upselling, promotions, and service excellence
    - Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, and operational expenses
    - Oversee inventory management, procurement, and stock control
    - Ensure compliance with company financial policies, including cash handling

    5. Business Initiatives & Growth
    - Support new menu launches, concept rollouts, and promotional campaigns
    - Lead and execute events, activations, and partnerships
    - Identify opportunities for operational improvement and revenue growth
    - Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma/Degree holder
    - Minimum 8–12 years of F&B experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Restaurant General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager role within Western/French cuisines
    - Proven experience managing high-volume or premium dining concepts (such as fine dining, upscale casual, or multi-outlet operations)
    - Experience overseeing and performing team training & development to over 30 staff, including multiple managers/supervisors
    - Track record of managing full P&L responsibility (revenue, cost control, budgeting)
    - Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management
    - Solid understanding of inventory management, cost control, and labour planning
    - Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin stakeholders
    - Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations, including food hygiene and workplace safety standards
    - Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
    - Comfortable managing multiple outlets (if required)
    - Available to commence in July 2026
