Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of high-quality plastics and synthetic rubber serving multiple industries, including automotive, electronics, and more. They are seeking a Logistics Assistant (1-Year Contract).
【 Responsibilities 】
- Process customer orders accurately in the SAP system
- Coordinate with shipping lines on delivery schedules and arrange trucking based on customer requirements
- Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation
- Support daily operations with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping/logistics
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in handling documentation
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
(Advantageous)
- Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
- Being able to commence work on short notice is preferredEnglish Level
