Job Description
Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Operations Representative (Collections).
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support centralized collections operations within the global Accounts Receivable (AR) function. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely collections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment-related matters. The CSR will also contribute to reporting, reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
【Responsibilities】
- Manage global Accounts Receivable collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Monitor and ensure KPIs for overdue balances and AR aging are met
- Conduct follow-ups with customers on outstanding payments and resolve collection issues
- Participate in AR review meetings with management and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Finance on payment applications and receipt clearances
- Work with Sales, SADM, Support Teams, and Credit Department to address customer delinquency
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, disputes, and escalations
- Respond to customer and bank enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Perform system-related transactions, including Oracle adjustments and customer refunds
- Handle audit confirmations (statutory audits with auditors and balance confirmations with customers)
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses as required
- Provide team support and backup when necessary

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent area of study)
- 3-5 years of Customer Service experience within the semiconductor industry, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in collections, or AR
- Experience with the Oracle system or similar, and well-versed in Excel, especially with formulas
- Able to manage pressure and a tight timeline
- Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, high values, and integrity
- Ability to work occasional early hours (6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) to support global stakeholders (U.S. and Europe), full week coverage is not expected
- Inexperienced candidates with strong academic performance and demonstrated potential are welcome to apply
- Willingness to travel domestically or overseas when required
