    Our Client is a leading interior fit-out solutions company in bespoke woodcraft and stone craft solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

    They are looking for a Senior Drafter/Senior Design Manager. This role will lead the drafting team to prepare furniture drawings, coordinate with project teams, update designs, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation and version control.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Prepare detailed furniture drawings and material specifications.
    - Collaborate with production and site teams to develop drawings based on project requirements.
    - Review, update, and revise drawings to reflect design changes and site conditions.
    - Ensure accuracy and compliance of all drawings with project specifications, relevant codes, and company drafting standards.
    - Maintain organized drawing documentation, including proper version control and filing.
    - Provide technical support and practical solutions during project execution.
    - Monitor drawing submission timelines and manage team progress

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in Architecture, Building, Engineering, or a related field.
    - Minimum 5 years of drafter experience in architectural, structural, interior design, or furniture drafting.
    - Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and other BIM-related software.
    - Good communication skills in English and Mandarin for coordination with English and Mandarin speaking clients and consultants
    - Ability to work independently, hands-on, and ability to lead and manage a drafting team effectively.

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong experience in carpentry and joinery works within the interior fit-out industry
