    Our Client is a Japanese Forklift Dealer offering a wide range of forklift rental and sales services in Singapore. They are looking for a Service/Maintenance Assistant Manager (Forklift) to manage the overall service and maintenance operations, including team leadership and on-site service coordination.

    This position reports to the Director.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Manage and oversee the service and maintenance team.
    - Supervise inspection, repair, and on-site operations of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
    - Negotiate with vendors and manage parts and materials procurement.
    - Guide, train, and schedule service staff.
    - Handle customer inquiries and ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
    - Take a leadership role in coordinating overall service and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - “O” Level or equivalent qualification
    - Minimum 8 years of experience in service and maintenance operations within the forklift industry
    - Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and vendors
    - Experience liaising and negotiating with external vendors
    - Strong management aspiration and interest in broader organizational leadership responsibilities

    (Advantageous)
    - Previous management experience
