    Our client is a reputable IT solutions and services provider specializing in innovative, end-to-end products and solutions across infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, applications, managed services, and digital transformation.

    This position is part of the Financial Services Group (FSG), which works closely with key clients in the Banking, Insurance, and Telecommunications sectors.

    70% Hunting 30% Farming

    【Responsibilities】
    - Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit targets.
    - Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned key accounts.
    - Drive business growth through direct sales programs and strategic partner engagements.
    - Maintain a deep understanding of IT solutions, including Infrastructure, Security Technologies, Cloud Services, IT Applications, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.
    - Manage the entire sales process, from pre-sales engagement to post-sales support.
    - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to design and deliver customer-focused solutions.
    - Lead proposal development, presentation, and delivery to clients.
    - Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
    - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sales approvals and ensure smooth business processes.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
    - At least 6 years of IT solutions sales experience within a System Integrator (SI) environment, focusing on clients in the Financial Services and/or Telecommunications sectors.
    - Proven track record in managing enterprise sales pipelines and pursuing large-scale opportunities.
    - Strong experience in both partner-led and direct enterprise sales.
