    Our client designs and manufactures scientific instruments for high-level research and development activities. Currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide support to the customer.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Prepare and process sales orders and related documentation
    - Follow up on order status and payment schedule, and liaise closely with Japan HQ, subsidiaries, agents and vendors both locally and overseas
    - Coordinate effectively with Sales, Finance, Service, and Applications teams
    - Ensure accuracy in documentation and email correspondence, preventing errors and maintaining smooth operations
    - Support team functions and assist with ad-hoc tasks (e.g. phone support, sales-related activities or internal events)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum O Level
    - Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales Support, including strong shipping terms and import & export documentation, and LC
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Has to be intermediate level)
    - Strong command of English for professional and international communication
    - Able to join within 1 month or short notice

    (Advantageous)
    - Diploma in Business Administration (or related fields)
    - Experience in Scientific Instruments related or medical devices
