• Job Description

  Our client is a Japanese construction company seeking a Sales Engineer to manage project sales and client relationships within the construction and engineering sector.
  
  Reporting To: Managing Director / Director
  
  【 Responsibilities 】
  - Liaise and communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, and contracts based on project requirements.
  - Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects for tendering opportunities.
  - Respond to sales inquiries and maintain long-term partnerships with clients and contractors.
  - Participate in commercial negotiations for potential and ongoing projects.
  - Follow up on project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are met.
  - Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams to develop technical solutions and strategies for client applications.
  - Engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient use of resources and smooth project execution.
