    Our client, one of the world’s largest consulting firms, is seeking a Manager – Energy & Industrial Solutions to support Japanese clients in energy, resources, and industrial sectors across Southeast Asia. As the region emerges as a dynamic economic hub of nearly 700 million people, Japanese companies are expanding their presence, focusing on digitalization, operational excellence, and sustainability. This role provides an opportunity to lead high-impact consulting projects that drive value creation and transformation for clients.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Lead consulting projects across areas such as business strategy, market entry, M&A, and digital transformation.
    - Manage mixed teams of local and Japanese consultants, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
    - Support clients in adopting IoT, AI, RPA, and data-driven solutions for manufacturing and operational excellence.
    - Contribute to proposal development and business growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.
    - Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, leadership, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
    - Minimum 8 years of consulting experience with expertise in strategy, digital/marketing, or technology.
    - Proven track record in project leadership and contribution to proposals.
    - Strong interest and knowledge in energy, materials, or industrial machinery sectors.
    - Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1) in speaking, listening, and writing, to liaise effectively with Japanese clients in Japan.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in consulting projects related to Southeast Asia.
