    Our client is a leading freight forwarding company in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Co-ordinate and communicate with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, includes attending to phone calls)
    - Perform airlines space reservation (liaising with carriers, via phone, email, etc.)
    - Monitor and follow up of shipments and checking shipment status regularly
    - Verify pricing, terms & conditions for shipments awarded
    - Process shipments in software
    - Arrange local handling services
    - Co-ordinate with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales processes

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in air freight
    - Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

    (Advantageous)
    - Able to commence work within short notice
