Job Description
Our client is a leading provider of branded packaging and products for the luxury sector, specializing in global sourcing and logistics solutions for premium retail and speciality brands. They are currently seeking a Logistics & 3PL Coordinator.
The Logistics & 3PL Coordinator manages end-to-end transportation and warehousing operations, acting as a liaison among internal teams, suppliers, shippers, and logistics partners. The role also oversees daily inbound and outbound shipments (ocean, air, and truck) and 3PL warehouse activities.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Act as the liaison with 3PL warehouse staff, internal teams, and business partners to coordinate inbound and outbound inventory activities.
- Manage and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling with carriers, tendering loads, and tracking/tracing delivery status.
- Maintain and update transportation and logistics management systems; generate and publish regular reports on performance and trends.
- Support performance metrics for transportation and 3PL operations to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and manage import/export and customs documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure service reliability and alignment with business priorities.
- Communicate with customers regarding logistics-related inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution within service standards.
- Support internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Account Management, Business Development) in logistics-related functions and data needs.
- Process daily outbound shipments, including small parcel (FedEx/UPS) and larger freight.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar
- At least 3 years of Logistics & 3PL coordinator experience in logistics, international supply chain, or third-party provider management
- Experience working with international freight forwarders (ocean, air, UPS, FedEx) and familiarity with Incoterms and HTS codes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate provider financials.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written skills in English, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Available to work occasional nights and weekends as needed.
- Comfortable working with the metric system.
